River House
Some years ago I photographed a home for a client. I thought the photos had been lost but I was able to recover them and so wanted to do a post about this home.
It sits on the Rock River.
Totally rehabbed by a husband and wife team that repurposes timber and lumber from barns and other structures.

The home is about 1200 square feet.
It was built in 1951, a simple ranch.
The inside is a little unexpected...
This sliding barn door has the farmers initials carved in it...
This kitchen is small but functional...
There are pretty art pieces throughout...
The house has a 120 feet of riverfront with great views!
Sweet little home.
