We bought our house in  November of 2011.  Built in 1933 this architectural style is called Tudor Cottage Style.  Its popularity was seen from 1890-1940.

Many common features you’ll find in this style include:

• Brick, stone, stucco siding
• Steeply pitched roof
• Prominent brick or stone chimney often located close to the front door
• Casement style windows with small panes that open out
• Glass panes set in diamond patterns
• One and a half to two stories
