Home Reserve Warranty

Eleven years ago we bought a loveseat, chair and ottoman from Home Reserve.  We had a TV room that needed some furniture but that room didn't have a typical sized door that you could move furniture through.  At that time we lived in an apartment and our TV room was actually the original bank vault in the building.  It was great for acoustics, but impossible for moving furniture through the doorway.  Because Home Reserve furniture is delivered in boxes and you put it together it was the perfect design solution for our space.  Fast forward 11 years and we still have that furniture, we use the chair and ottoman in our reading nook.

After 11 years it's in perfect condition. 

When we bought our new sofa and ottoman for our living room from Home Reserve recently we decided that we'd like to swap the arms of this chair for the same arms we have on our sofa and move this chair, along with the ottoman into the living room.  You can do that with Home Reserve furniture, swap out different features and get updated or different fabrics.

I called customer service to place my order but learned that 11 years ago my chair didn't have arms that could be swapped out with a different style.  At first I was disappointed until the customer service rep told me that they'd just go ahead and send me a new chair in the style I wanted AT NO COST.  I just had to purchase the new fabric covers and cushions.  Now that is a company that stands behind their products and values their customers!
