Home Reserve Furniture

Recently we decided to replace our sectional with a sofa and ottoman from a company that we've had dealings with before...Home Reserve.

Home Reserve is a furniture company out of Indiana that uses all USA made raw materials,  recycled foam wherever possible, and works with an Indiana based organization named AWS that employs the handicapped. They have a 10 year warranty on their products (more about that in a future post).  You can swap features from different styles, chose your fabrics and basically design your own furniture.  And while the downside is having to put it together, the instructions provided are very detailed and easy to follow.  If in your mind put together furniture equals flimsy junk, think again.  Purdue University conducted and passed durability tests on their products.  Plus, in this time of Covid everything is delivered via UPS, so no one is trapesing through your house delivering furniture.

We decided on the Brook sofa but went with the arms from the Ali sofa.

The Brook sofa back cushions wrap over the back of the sofa, so they always stay put.

The fabric we chose is both stain resistant and machine washable.  It is called Maltese Ash.  It reminds me of a man's suit fabric, but very soft.

We also got the Modular Ottoman.  There are four sizes of ottoman's to chose from.  Ours doubles as a chaise.  Both the ottoman as well as the sofa has storage in each of them.

We also bought the oversized pillows in the matching fabric.  They have five sizes of pillows to chose from, these are the oversized ones, 24 X 24.  The light grey velvet pillows are from Pottery Barn.

People these days are spending a lot of time at home, working from home, home schooling and just trying to stay safe.  What better way to love your space more than to create something useful, durable, functional and beautiful?

Why not check out Home Reserve and make your space a place you want to be?

Please see the Home Reserve website for further information.
